Ben Kartchner, RN joined the 3M HDD team in 2019. He has worked as a nurse since 2007 with experience in long term care, skilled nursing facility, home health, and psychiatric facilities with a specialty in Alzheimer’s patient care. He has also been a consulting nurse in Utilization management nurse knowledgeable in ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding. Ben has been involved in multiple customer mapping projects using SNOMED CT, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and LOINC, and is also helping to maintain and curate standard and legacy terminologies in the HDD.
