Sarah Sontum

Sarah Sontum, RN, BSN joined the 3M Healthcare Data Dictionary (HDD) team in 2019. She has worked as a nurse since 2013 with experience in the Medical/Surgical ICU, Telemetry, Medical/Surgical floor, Emergency Department, GI lab, PACU and Adolescent/Adult Psych. She has been involved in terminology mapping for multiple projects and concept development using SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10-CM, and ICD-10-PCS. Her interests include leveraging standard terminologies and healthcare interoperability to improve patient care and outcomes.
