We introduced the Women in AMIA Leadership Program in an earlier blog, and would like to provide an update here.

The American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) has inaugurated the Women in AMIA Leadership Program, kicking off the first face-to-face meeting in conjunction with this week’s 2019 AMIA Annual Symposium in Washington, D.C.

The American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) organizes a Learning Showcase during the Annual Symposium. Separate from the scientific program, the Learning Showcase allows exhibitors to present the informatics aspects or topics that relate to their products or services, avoiding a marketing or sales focus.
