Marisa Ireland joined the 3M HDD team in 2018 as an analyst. She has a bachelor degree in Information Technology, specializing in web development and user experience design. She has utilized her skills in those areas at a university and a consumer products company as well as providing freelance work. Her interest is in process analysis and improvement to design and build user-friendly, innovative tools that improve the HDD team's workflow and efficiency.
